I am Bhagya Madanasinghe, an Illustrator and an Architect from a colorful tiny little island called Sri Lanka, graduated from University of Moratuwa. Grabbing more exposure and freedom while practicing as a professional Architect, narrated me towards the field of illustrations. Stepping for the life being an illustrator runs back to year 2016. I was fascinated by various styles of illustrations and eventually was driven to the beautiful world of books for children. A style which always combines symbolism with ambiguous colors to create characters with emotions and actions together emphasize the mood of my illustrations. I love exploring the places I have never been before, which inspire me for new concepts. Besides being an illustrator, I never forget to get involved with developing Architectural design concepts with my husband in his studio and find time to cuddle and play along with our dog “Luna”.
